How it works
Step 1: Introductory call
We'll have a 30-minute call with you to understand your business and your goals. This will help us to prepare for the workshop and ensure you get the most out of it.
We will also use this time to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria.
Step 2: Workshop
We'll host a workshop with your team to review your internal systems and processes. This will be a collaborative session where we'll sit down with you and your team to understand your business, your goals and your challenges.
We will map out your current systems and processes, and identify any areas where you could improve.
Step 3: Findings
We'll provide you with our findings and recommendations, key takeaways and next steps for your business.
This initiative is provided at no cost to you by Cambridge Kinetics, provided you meet the eligibility criteria.

Jason Mashinchi
Managing Director
Jason has a masters degree in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing and Management from Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge, achieving the award of distinction. He also has a first-class degree in Computer Science. As an experienced software engineer, Jason has successfully delivered projects for a wide range of well-known organisations.
Adam Steenkamp
Head of Service Delivery
Adam has a BEng in Manufacturing and Management Engineering alongside a wealth of successful experience consulting for, implementing systems and running operations within a variety of industries and sectors from Higher Education Institutions to Government Departments, SaaS Providers and Charities.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this offer, you should:
- Be a registered business in the UK, with between 5 to 100 employees
- Be based in London or Cambridgeshire
- Be available for a 30 minute introductory call and a half-day workshop
We ask that you have at least three participating team members, with a broad perspective and management understanding of your current systems and goals.
