How are you different from an AI consultancy?
We start with how your business runs and the information it depends on, because AI is only as good as the information it works from. Then we build the system that holds it, and add AI where it helps. Every AI feature in Kinabase is optional, and a person reviews each suggestion. For your team’s skills, our training covers AI adoption too.
How are you different from a custom software developer?
A bespoke build usually starts from scratch. We build on Kinabase, our own software, which already handles records, workflows, documents, portals and reporting, so your budget goes on what’s particular to you. Your own team can make everyday changes, and the people who built it look after it.
What makes you different from other CRM or ERP providers?
We hold the same information a CRM or ERP does, such as customers, sales, orders and finance, then go further: we build it into the way your organisation actually works, including the processes no package was designed for. Your customers, jobs, stock and the steps between them sit in one place, connected to the tools you already use. And you stay in control: your own team can change fields, forms and workflows as you grow, at no extra cost.
How are you different from our IT support company?
They keep your computers, email and network running. We work on how the business runs: its processes, information and everyday systems. We’re glad to work alongside them. If you’d like both from one group, our sister companies are Cambridge Support, for IT support, and Cambridge Cyber Security.
Do you work outside Cambridge?
Yes. We work across the UK and have clients in the EU, the USA and South Africa. Workshops run on-site anywhere in the UK, or remotely.
