The CK way

What it’s like to work here.

  1. You’ll shape how we do things

We’re a growing team, so you’ll have a real say in our services, our products and our culture, inside and out.

  2. If something’s pointless, we stop doing it

You get ownership of your work, without the politics or the red tape.

  3. Some days in the office, some at home

Our office is at St John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge. The mix depends on what your projects need: the social side in the office, focus time at home.

  4. Room for life outside work

Our team includes half-marathon runners, bell-ringers and footballers, and we’re proud of what people do away from their desks too.
