Giving to local causes
We donate to food banks and charities across our region, and everyone on the team has funding to give to a cause they choose.
Backing local business
We use local businesses wherever we can. Our founder also sits on the board of the Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce, helping the region grow in a way that benefits everyone here.
Opportunities for young people
We take on apprentices, and offer internships and placements to students from schools, colleges and universities, so they get real work alongside our engineers.
Contributing to open source
Our software is built on open source, so we contribute back to the projects we rely on.

We build charities’ systems on Kinabase, our own platform, and look after them from then on.
