Find what’s slowing you down, and what to fix first.

We sit down with your decision-makers and the people who do the work to understand one area, such as enquiry to invoice, and agree what to change first.

What you get

A shared picture, and a clear next step.

One of our consultants leads the half day and maps it out with your team as you go, so everyone leaves with the same picture and the same priorities.

A shared picture of how work and information really flow

  • One area followed step by step, such as enquiry to invoice
  • Every hand-off and workaround drawn out
  • The systems and spreadsheets each step relies on

Why it pays off

Half a day now saves months of the wrong change.

  • Changes you can make straight away

Some fixes need no new software at all: a different hand-off, a clearer owner, one form instead of three.

  • Your team on board

The people who do the work shape the change, so it sticks.

  • Spend only where it counts

If new software would help, you’ll know where. If it wouldn’t, you’ll know that too.

What happens next

From a quick enquiry to a clear way forward.

  1. By email or phone

    We get in touch

To agree the area to look at, who joins and a date, then we confirm it by email.

  2. On-site or remote

Half a day with your team

Usually 3 to 6 people, with one of our consultants leading.

  3. After the workshop

You leave with agreed next steps

The priorities, and the next step for each, agreed in the room.

Or stop here.

The workshop stands on its own. Take what you’ve learned and decide in your own time.

Questions

The questions we’re often asked.

Something else on your mind? Book a meeting

Is it right for us?

It’s a good fit if something needs to change soon, such as a system going away, growth or a new service; if someone in-house can champion the change; and if you want to know your options before buying anything.

When is it better to start somewhere else?

If you can’t free up the people who do the work for half a day, start with a free 30-minute call. If you already have a detailed specification and want a quote, go straight to Custom systems. If you’re after training for your team rather than a working session, see Training.

When do we pay, and what commits us?

We invoice after the workshop. Sending an enquiry commits you to nothing; once we agree a date, we confirm it by email.

Do we have to use you afterwards?

No. What you learn is yours to use with us, another supplier or your own team.

What does a project cost afterwards?

Each piece of work is quoted before it starts, and Kinabase is a per-user monthly subscription with no minimum contract.

Do you only work with Kinabase?

No. We recommend what fits, including tools you already have or other products. Kinabase is our own software; if it fits, we’ll explain why.
